The development will provide up to 564 residential units.

The housing mix will be 96 x 1,2, 3 and 4 bed assisted living apartments in a single block of up to 6 storeys; 244 x 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments in 3 blocks of up to 6 storeys Bromborough Wharf – West Planning Statement Page 14  and 224 x 2, 3 and 4 bed houses of up to 3 storeys.

The proposal claims that the development will inject c. £68.5m of investment into the local area through the construction process, and that the Gross Value Added (GVA) contribution of the development to the economy is expected to be £35.3m over the 6 year build out period of the development.
