Property giant Canary Wharf Group have launched their first event build-to-rent scheme – using their recently announced built-to-rent arm Vertus to bring a 37-storey scheme to fruition.

The development will take place within Canary Wharf’s new district named Wood Wharf and it’ll feature:

  • 327 flats over 37-storeys [emaillocker id=”71749″]
  • Range of studios to 3-bed apartments
  • Gym
  • Bar and large terrace

The scheme, designed by Grid Architects, is just one of three BTR schemes which they’ll be launching in 2020 – and they’ll be revealing details of these at our upcoming conferences:

TfL Development & Economic Growth Conference where they’ll discuss the positive development happening through TfL’s continued work

Building the UK’s Energy Future Conference where they’ll share intel into how their developments will be future-proofed for a new energy Britain.

The wider Wood Wharf development area will include up to 3,600 new homes, alongside office and retail space – with amenities including a surgery, primary school and eight acres of public space. The landmark building will be a 58-storey development designed by Herzog & de Meuron which will include 483 apartments. [/emaillocker]
