Specialist modular housing developer ilke Homes has secured their largest site to do from landowner Anderson Group – which will see them deliver 227 new homes in Grantham. The firm – who’re sponsoring the upcoming Offsite & MMC Conference – will manufacture the homes at their factory in Knaresborough before being delivered.
