Cheshire and Warrington is the latest region to confirm its involvement in the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), set to take place between 16-18 May, in Leeds.

Cheshire and Warrington will field a strong presence at UKREIIF, led by Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership, Cheshire East Council, Cheshire West and Chester Council and Warrington Borough Council, to showcase the best investment opportunities across the region.

Partners from across the region will have an exhibition stand at the event later this year, where over the course of the three days they will be able to meet and build relationships with investors, developers, occupiers and other local authorities.

Speaking of their involvement, Trevor Brocklebank, Deputy Chair of Cheshire and Warrington LEP, said: “In Cheshire and Warrington we’re determined to be the healthiest, most sustainable, inclusive and growing economy in the UK.

“Investment is a key part of this, boosting our economy and bringing high quality jobs to the sub-region. UKREiiF will provide us with an opportunity to discuss our plans and build relationships as we look to continue to grow for the benefit of the people and businesses that make Cheshire and Warrington their home.

“We have so much to offer to potential investors, including  our world-leading life sciences cluster, our ambition to create the world’s first Net Zero industrial cluster and not forgetting the fantastic investment opportunities associated with HS2 and Northern Powerhouse Rail.”

Keith Griffiths, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of UKREiiF, said: “We’re excited to have partners from across  Cheshire and Warrington on board with the second annual UKREiiF event.

“You can catch  the Cheshire and Warrington representatives in the Royal Armouries Hall, where the space will give them ample time to network and showcase their investment opportunities and regeneration plans to a plethora of delegates.”

Led by property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 16-18 May 2023. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
