A £1bn consultancy framework has been launched by the NHS. [emaillocker id=”71749″]

The NHS Shared Business Services have issued a prior information notice with the intention of publishing a contract notice on Construction Consultancy Services 3 on September 1.

As it stands now the Framework will not be divided into lots and will require:

  • Architectural Services (including Lead Consultant and Contract Administration roles)
  • Project Management
  • Civil and Structural Engineering
  • Quantity Surveyoring
  • Mechanical and Electrical
  • Public Health (MEP) Services
  • Principal Designer Services
  • Building Surveyors
  • Health and Safety Environmental Consultants (incl. BREEAM and SKA)
  • Energy Efficiency and Associated Products
  • Fire Engineering
  • Healthcare Planning
  • Modular and MMC Consultancy
  • Multidisciplinary team and Ancillary Services
