Countryside, the UK’s leading mixed-tenure developer, will be exhibiting at the inaugural UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), which will be held between 17-19 May 2022 in Leeds.

Countryside’s approach to development brings together modern and efficient delivery methods to create sustainable communities where people love to live. Working across the country and its three manufacturing factories, Countryside works to understand and respond to the local needs of its stakeholders – an approach which has seen the developer rewarded with more Housing Design Awards than any other housebuilder, with Countryside the only housebuilder to have ever received the RIBA Stirling Prize for a housing development.

Andrew Taylor, Group Planning Director, Countryside, explained:

“We take real pride in delivering places people love. At the heart of this is our desire to create thriving and authentic communities. This can only be achieved by collaborating closely with our development partners to bring together all of the components that makes this possible. From community engagement, thoughtful master planning and design to building attractive and high-quality homes and amenities.

“Our ambition to foster enhanced collaboration between investors, developers and the public sector is not only desirable but integral to this approach, and we look forward to building relationships with many of the UKREiiF attendees next May.”

UKREiiF founder and driving force Keith Griffiths, added:

“Countryside is a great mixed-tenure developer which, it is clear, believes in a more collaborative, inclusive and open way of doing development. That respect of collaboration, inclusivity and diversity is so integral to what we are building at UKREiiF, and so I’m thrilled to have Countryside on board.

“UKREiiF is a 24/7, 365 days a year project that provides a new way for the real estate, investment and infrastructure sectors to work together – driving deals and supporting growth as we emerge from COVID in the months ahead. Countryside signing up is a great step towards achieving our ambitions, and I look forward to further announcements in the coming weeks.”

Led by property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the first annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 17-19 May 2022. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
