Leading urban regeneration business, Muse Developments, continues to expand its team across the UK as part of its national growth strategy, with former director of Faithful + Gould, Stuart Rogers, the latest edition to the business, joining the North West office as projects director.

Bringing nearly 20 years’ project management experience to the business from across the sector, Stuart has worked on major regeneration schemes including Mayfield, ID Manchester, Salford Crescent and Airport City, alongside a number of commercial office and residential developments. Prior to his time at Faithful + Gould, Stuart worked as a project manager at RPS and AA Projects, as well as for an architects’ practise and main contractor. He will lead the delivery of a mixture of developments across the North West for Muse and has a keen interest in sustainability in both his professional and personal life.

Director of project management – North, Phil Marsden, said on the appointment: “I’m absolutely delighted to welcome Stuart to Muse, who joins at a really exciting time and will bolster our project management team as our portfolio continues to expand.

“Stuart has some excellent experience and a passion for sustainability. He will have the opportunity to work on some of the biggest mixed-use, sustainable developments in the region. As a business, we’re pushing hard to grow to help more communities in towns and cities benefit from our holistic and innovative approach to regeneration.”

Stuart added: “Muse is one of the leading sustainable regenerators of towns and cities across the UK, and I’m really looking forward to getting my teeth into some major projects in the North West region. What excites me most about joining Muse is that it’s not just about the bricks and mortar, it’s about creating schemes with a social conscience that are there to benefit both the community and the place long term.”
