Thanks to the development’s prime position – being within easy reach of London yet also set in a semi-rural market town – it will be popular with a variety of prospective buyers, including families looking to benefit from both cosmopolitan and countryside living. In late summer 2023, the development will also launch the four-bedroom Dartford show home, offering prospective buyers the opportunity to envision themselves at Aspen Grange.

“To help prospective buyers, we have a selection of schemes available with selected properties including Deposit Unlock, along with our Part Exchange and SmoothMove schemes. Interest is already high ahead of our launch, so we would advise registering your interest with us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.”

With the ultimate aim of creating a Garden Village within Aspen Grange, the development will feature wildflower planting and ecological enhancements, along with offering an open play area for young children. Aspen Grange will also have both footpaths and cycle routes that connect the development to the wider area, providing easy and safe access to the local facilities within Stowmarket.

For families, Cedars Park Primary School, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, is situated just east of the development and is in walking distance, whilst Stowmarket High School is also within close proximity for older children.
