Eutopia Homes has detailed their £105m scheme in Salford comprising 500 homes. They will be revealing further details at our upcoming Manchester Development Plans in May

The development will be divided across two adjacent plots in the Ordsall area and include a mix of build-to-rent and for-sale apartments. [emaillocker id=”71749″]

Designated for the riverside area next to the Irwell, it is planned to appeal to young professionals either working in the area or who have recently graduated from one of Manchester’s world-leading universities.

Eutopia Homes was started back in 2017 by Scott Hammond, one of the co-founders of Essential Living where he was managing director.

His new housebuilding business has a £365m development pipeline.

“UK regional cities are attracting swathes of investment thanks to rising student retention rates, improving culture and leisure scenes and new employment opportunities driven by major corporates moving operations outside of London,” said Hammond.

“By creating mixed-tenure developments, we can help create genuine communities, accelerate delivery and de-risk development while meeting a range of housing needs.” [/emaillocker]
