UKREiiF (The UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum), whose Advisory Group is Chaired by Lord Kerslake, brings together the public and private sectors to support the ambition for the UK to Build Back Better.

Faithful+Gould, the world-leading project and programme management consultancy and Atkins, the UK-headquartered multinational engineering, design, planning, architectural design, project management and consulting services company, have signed-up to run the Building Better Communities Pavilion at the inaugural UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), which will be held in Leeds on 17-19 May 2022.

Over the three-day event, the Faithful+Gould and Atkins sponsored pavilion will focus on issues around placemaking, sustainability and ensuring developments truly serve those who choose to live within them – bringing investors, developers and local authorities together to chart a new course towards better communities.

Jon Sealy, Managing Director at Faithful+Gould, explained: “At Faithful+Gould our passion is to make the world work better for all – connecting people, data and technology to transform the world’s infrastructure, radically transforming the lived environment and protecting future generations from the threat of climate change by engineering Net Zero.

“As a market-leading design, engineering and project management consultancy we’re transforming infrastructure delivery, and have been doing ever since we were founded in 1938.

“For more than eight decades we have been engineering and designing lived environments which serve their communities, and we see the Building Better Communities pavilion at UKREiiF as a key forum to ensure that our work in the years and decades ahead continues to lead the world.

“Sponsoring the Building Better Communities pavilion will ensure that Atkins continues to play a key role in setting the course for infrastructure and community development in the years to come.”

UKREiiF founder and driving force Keith Griffiths, added: “I am absolutely delighted that Faithful+Gould and Atkins have signed-up to sponsor the Building Better Communities pavilion at UKREiiF. Having such prestigious consultancies on board with UKREiiF is a massive vote of confidence in the forum, and I can’t wait to hear the discussions at the pavilion next year.

“UKREiiF is a 24/7, 365 days a year project that provides a new way for the real estate, investment and infrastructure sectors to work together – driving deals and supporting growth as we emerge from COVID in the months ahead. Securing Atkins’ involvement is a great step forward, and one I am very proud to announce.”

Led by property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the first annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 17-19 May 2022. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
