The company that owns major brands Sports Direct and House of Fraser, has unveiled plans for a global headquarters campus in the West Midlands.

Frasers Group plans to make its home at Junction 2 of the M6 in Ansty, Warwickshire.

Working with renowned architect Grimshaw (the Eden Project) – the campus would include logistics, offices, R&D retail, a hotel and leisure facilities.

A gym, swimming pool, courts and pitches are planned and open to the public.

Frasers Group said: “To accelerate the businesses’ growth and support our future, we have explored options for a potential new site.

“This new location would provide the group with a well-located, world-class platform to further deliver our successful elevation strategy.”

An application is to be submitted to Rugby Borough Council soon.
