Fruition Properties

Developer Fruition Properties has secured planned permission for a riverside scheme in West London – having struck a deal for a £4.6m refinancing package from Sancus.

The scheme in Chiswick, which will be a talking point as they join us for the London Property Club event in May, was designed by architects Cove Burgess – and it includes a seven high-end luxury apartments. [emaillocker id=”71749″]

The site used to house a restaurant – but now that we’ll see a mixture of two and three-bedroom apartments with balconies and amenity space instead. This includes gardens and parking space for both vehicles and bikes.

The scheme was initially touted back in 2018 but it was refused. The new plans have seen the height of the building reduced and one less residential apartment proposed.

Parul Scampion, Chief Operating Officer at Fruition Properties, said: “With funding in place from Sancus, this boutique development will breathe new life into this vacant site, providing a selection of high quality riverside homes that neatly complement the existing community of Corney Reach, while also freeing up larger family houses further along the chain.”
