The Guinness Partnership is pleased to announce that construction work has started on 21 homes at our Moore Park Gardens development at Sydney Road, Crewe.

Brenig Construction, building contractor, has recently broken ground at the development and enabling works to prepare the site have commenced.

Works are due to complete in Summer 2022, and a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes will be provided for shared ownership and affordable rent.  Moore Park Gardens is located near to the centre of Crewe with excellent transport links to major roads and to the train station.

Catriona Simons, Chief Executive of The Guinness Partnership, said: “We are delighted to have started construction at our development of new homes in Crewe.  We will be providing much needed, high-quality homes in the area, as part of our long term commitment to building new homes and creating communities in Crewe, and across the country.”

Brenig Managing Director Mark Parry said: “We are an expanding North Wales-based company and we’re delighted to be working with the Guinness Partnership on this important development for Crewe. We are committed to using local labour and supply chains wherever possible to ensure that this investment brings benefits to the area in terms of employment and apprenticeships.”
