HM Land Registry and The Coal Authority have partnered for the UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF).

Keith Griffiths, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of UKREiiF, said: “We’re pleased to announce that HM Land Registry and The Coal Authority, who are working in partnership to create value and bring benefits to customers, are exhibiting at UKREiiF.

HM Land Registry is a UK government department, created in 1862 to register the ownership of land and property in England and Wales. Safeguarding land and property worth more than £8 trillion, the HM Land Registry contain more than 26 million titles and cover 86% of the land mass. The HM Land Registry Local Land Charges Programme are providing upfront, digital data to bring change to and improve the conveyancing process and realise wider economic benefits to the land and property market.

The Coal Authority is a non-departmental government body, who use their skills and expertise to provide services to lenders, conveyancers, government departments and commercial partners. They believe the past can help shape our future, which is why they continue to invest in progressive, innovative technology which can be easily integrated into our world and bring a wealth of benefits from the outset.

Led by property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 16-18 May 2023. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.

HM Land Registry and The Coal Authority have secured stand D46 in the Exhibition Hall at the Royal Armouries, Leeds.
