Homes England Backs Burtree Garden Village Posted on: July 18th, 2020 Homes England has officially entered into an agreement with Hellens Group to bring forward Burtree Garden Village. [emaillocker id=”71749″] The 2,000 home community development, situated in Darlington, would include employment space with the first stage delivering 700 new properties and a public park.
