KAF Properties

Sarah Flynn is a Property investor and owner of KAF Properties – an acquisition and investment company – based in Leeds.

The organisation was founded by Sarah in 2016 – but what made her leave her 10-year career within the corporate banking world at Lloyds Banking Group? [emaillocker id=”71749″]

The company is actually named after her late brother, who she watched tragically pass away at the age of 19 from cancer. She suffered heavily from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) but this then became the catalyst for her pursuing an ambition to invest in over a million pounds worth of property.

Sarah Flynn said: “I want to inspire people all over the world to believe no matter what trauma they have experienced, they can use this to create a better life.”

And that’s what she has done.

Following her brothers diagnosis of Leukaemia in mid-2015 what transpired after that was a very different life to the one Sarah had known before. For 7 months she went to work everyday and after work she’d attend the hospital where she would sleep by her brothers bedside.

After his death Sarah founded KAF Properties which partners with people globally to invest in the UK property market, helping those who are time poor or lack market knowledge to also reap the great financial rewards that property brings.

Today Sarah is a successful property investor, developer and business owner – and she has built up a portfolio using two main strategies – House Shares (HMO’s) and flips. She’s invested in millions of pounds worth of UK property, and focuses on making multiple income streams out of each property as opposed to buying property in volume.

She added: “Investing in property is a great way to gain financial freedom to be able to create a better, more secure future. This has never been more important when we look at the very uncertain world we are currently living in, and the enormous increase in job losses – it provides a large degree of financial certainty and help to alleviate stress and worry of money.”
