Pudsey Yorkshire Water Keyland Developments

Major developer Keyland Developments – part of the Kelda Group – has submitted plans for a new development in Pudsey, Yorkshire.

The planning application submitted to Leeds City Council outlines a desire to build 77 new houses – with the site in Pudsey currently owned by Keyland Developments and another local private landowner.

The plans include: [emaillocker id=”71749″]

  • 77 new homes
  • Mixture of affordable housing and homes for the market
  • Homes to vary from one to four bedrooms
  • Apartments, semi-detached and detached homes
  • Landscape surroundings

Beth McQue, Development Planner at Keyland Developments Ltd, said: “This site has been identified as prime for residential development and is an excellent example of how Keyland’s PPA agreements can enable local landowners to unlock potential from their sites at no financial risk to themselves, which in turn helps the local authorities in meeting their long-term housing needs. By working collaboratively with landowners and local authorities we can facilitate regeneration across the region, and we are pleased to be submitting our plans to transform this site.”

Keyland Developments will be speaking at our Northern Powerhouse Economic Growth Conference about their regional schemes alongside other major developers. Details of the event can be found here > [/emaillocker]
