London – Global real estate advisor Knight Frank has appointed Mike Voller as a Partner in its London office leasing team. Mike will work closely with Knight Frank’s landlord clients to advise them in relation to development, marketing and leasing, as demand for best-in-class, sustainable workspaces continues to fuel activity in the London office market.

Mike is re-joining Knight Frank after six years at leading boutique London property consultancy Spring4, where he specialised in advising corporate occupiers on a broad range of transactions, including lease acquisitions, re-gears, purchases and lettings.

Dan Gaunt, Co-Head of London Office Leasing at Knight Frank, commented: “We are delighted that Mike has re-joined Knight Frank.  He will offer invaluable expertise to our diverse and growing range of  landlord clients, as demand continues to grow for the best office space.  He brings additional resource to our team to service exciting new landmark mandates that we have secured across London in the last 18 months.”

Mike Voller added: “I’m thrilled to be re-joining Knight Frank’s London leasing team, which blends in-depth advice and research-led market knowledge. I’ve gained a wealth of experience over the last six years working with Spring4 occupier clients, helping them develop their real estate strategies and I look forward to applying this knowledge when advising landlords and developers on their London office assets. It’s a particularly exciting time to be re-joining the Knight Frank team as we expect to see numerous new large-scale space commitments materialise in the coming months, as businesses re-evaluate what the office means to them and formalise their longer-term occupational strategies.”

Knight Frank’s market leading London office leasing team has completed numerous landmark transactions over the past couple of quarters, including securing Inmarsat Global Limited at 50 Finsbury Square (120,000 sq ft), Travers Smith at Stonecutter (170,000 sq ft) and Mondrian and AllianceBernstein at 60 London Wall (95,000 sq ft).
