Work on an eye-catching £165m office/leisure redevelopment on land owned by the London Stock Exchange is due to start in January 2023.

The 20-storey Technico House project in the Broadgate area of the capital will incorporate more than 65,000sqm of office space, a restaurant and roof top terraces but the LSE itself will not be moving in according to a company spokesperson.

Planners DP9 are taking the lead on the development which is set to include retail and restaurant space while pioneering architectural firm make have been put in charge of design.

The project, which will see the demolition of the existing building apart from the front façade of 1 Earl Street, is due to be completed in June 2025.
