Modulous, a leading provider of technologies to transform the design and delivery of sustainable housing, has officially confirmed its involvement with The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), which is set to take place between 21-23 May, in Leeds.

UKREiiF will allow Modulous to showcase its state-of-the-art software platform, TESSA, which empowers developers and architects to generate fully costed and optimised housing schemes in real time. Delegates visiting the Modulous stand will also be able to witness the incredible potential of their accredited modular housing system: the Modulous Kit of Parts.

UKREiiF is renowned for gathering the most influential and innovative players in the real estate and infrastructure sectors. With over 10,000 delegates expected across the three days, built of investors, developers, end-users and local authorities, Modulous will have ample time at the event to build relationships with potential future clients.

Speaking of their involvement, Modulous CEO Chris Bone said: “UKREiiF has already become an unmissable event for those of us committed to shaping the future of the built environment. We are looking forward to exhibiting again next year.”

Keith Griffiths, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of UKREiiF, said: “We’re thrilled to have Modulous return for another year to UKREiiF 2024. Their prime spot in the UKREiiF exhibition hall will allow them to spend the three days at the event networking and securing commercially rewarding relationships.”

Led by the UK’s leading property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the third annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 21-23 May 2024. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
