A 50/50 joint venture between VINCI UK Developments Ltd and St. Modwen Developments Ltd (“VSM”) has received planning consent for its next phase of delivery at St. Andrew’s Park, Uxbridge.

Hillingdon Council’s Planning Committee unanimously approved the scheme for 90 residential apartments at the phase known as Land East of Mons Block. It will provide much needed, high-quality homes as part of the wider major regeneration of the former RAF Uxbridge.

The new homes will form part of the approved masterplan comprising a new mixed-use community of circa 1,400 homes. To date over 1,000 new homes, a state-of-the-art primary school and 32-acre public park have been delivered and are being enjoyed by residents and the wider Uxbridge community.

Commenting on the approval, St. Modwen Development’s Senior Planning Manager, Lorna Heslop, said: “We’re delighted to have secured consent for the next phase of development that will contribute to the creation of the new wider neighbourhood. This latest milestone enables VSM to continue to progress the positive transformation of St. Andrew’s Park into a new community, within a stunning parkland setting.”
