£540m affordable homes framework requires at least 11 construction partners Posted on: April 9th, 2021 One of the country’s biggest collaborative new homes frameworks, involving 11 local authorities and housing associations in the North West, reopened last night.The four-year, £540m JV North Contractors Framework is looking for at least 11 construction partners and applications must be submitted by May 11 (10am).
