Award winning housebuilder Crest Nicholson has been granted planning permission for 435 homes, for its Perrybrook development, in Brockworth, Gloucester. The development will also offer affordable housing, with building work due to commence in the summer.

Crest Nicholson will join the well-established Gloucestershire community at Perrybrook, with house sales expected to launch later this year.

The housebuilder has been working closely with Tewkesbury Borough Council to deliver what will be a thriving community with solid infrastructure with schools, playing fields and other useful amenities and services all close by. As part of the approved planning, Crest Nicholson will be building a new roundabout to enhance the development’s road links. The new four arm roundabout will allow access into phase six, located on Valiant Way.

Bradley Stone, Head of Land and Planning Crest Nicholson South West, commented: “As part of our continued commitment to invest in new homes in the South West, we are excited to join the well-established and expanding community at Perrybrook, and look forward to advancing Crest Nicholson’s already strong offering for home buyers in the region.”
