Plans approved for 1250 homes in Portsmouth

Plans for the redevelopment of land at Tipner West in Portsmouth have been approved by councillors.

The plans include building 1,250 homes and 58,000sqm of employment space.

The council has already spent almost £20m on plans and assessments for the area.
