Renaker, leading Manchester based developer, has unveiled plans for a 70-storey building in Manchester city centre.

The plans include a 71-storey tower on plot D of the Great Jackson Street Development Framework, and would be higher than the 47-storey Beetham Tower and Deansgate Square East Tower in Manchester.

The building will include 642 apartments, a mix of one, two and three-bed units as well as a sky pool, yoga studio, lounge, co-working spaces and a gym. A restaurant will also be publicly accessible on the top floor of the tower.

214 car parking and 624 cycle spaces will be provided for residents across the three basement levels.
