The Scottish Government is set to showcase the country’s investment and development opportunities to domestic and international investors, funders and developers at the inaugural UKREiiF event. Taking place between the 17-19th May 2022 the event will facilitation introductions to drive sustainable and transformational economic growth across the UK.

The Government’s Minister for Business, Trade, Tourism and Enterprise – Ivan McKee MSP – will be in attendance, with meetings already scheduled to connect with firms interested in investing within Scotland. In addition Scotland will feature on the main Levelling Up Stage – where leading figures and influencers from across the country including Cllr Susan Aitken – Leader of Glasgow City Council and Dr Oliver Taylor – CEO of BP Aberdeen Hydrogen Energy Ltd will discuss the priorities and opportunities around Building Back Better across Scotland.

Scottish Government Minister for Business Ivan McKee said: “I am looking forward to taking part at the inaugural UK Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum, which will provide us with an excellent opportunity to work with stakeholders including UK and global investors to showcase Scotland’s capital investment opportunities, whilst promoting our values driven approach to recovery.

Led by property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the first annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 17-19 May 2022. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
