Select Property Group has received approval for a 33-storey residential apartment project in Manchester – having revised plans which initially got rejected.

The initial plans for 34-storeys had been rejected for being too high initially, but the project has now been approved and the project will see 481 new flats being developed. Reducing the storey saw the plan fit into the locations wider masterplan.

The BtR led scheme, designed by SimpsonHaigh, will include co-working space and a amenities for residents including a gym, in addition to 47 car parking spaces. The final development will be managed by Select Property Group’s Affinity Living brand.

The scheme includes a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom apartments – whilst the ground floor has space for hospitality such as restaurants and cafes.
