Plans have been submitted for the latest phase of a major 1,200-home development in Wales.

The latest plans for the site in Torfaen – to the north of Newport – propose 177 homes in a scheme being led by major housebuilder Taylor Wimpey.

The phase forms part of the much wider Edlogan Wharf development taking place over 244-acres, which was granted outlined planning permission in 2014.

The newest phase will take place on 27-acres featuring detached, semi-detached and terraces homes.

Taylor Wimpey will be sharing an update on the project at our Wales Development Conference in January alongside other development schemes across the country. Click to register for the event >
