This event will delve into the future development, regeneration and investment opportunities across Northern Ireland.

With the doubling of central government funding announced in the Chancellor’s spending review as well as major development projects spanning housing, infrastructure, education and more, Northern Ireland is set to experience a strong economic recovery during 2021.

During this event a number of high-level influential stakeholders will share short presentations on these future projects and plans – highlighting opportunities, challenges and the future vision for their organisation in Northern Ireland.

Speakers for this event include:

The 5 year project will see the development of 790,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, around 700 city centre homes, a 4 star hotel together with retail, hospitality and professional service units. In total the project will bring over £400 million of investment and has the potential to create around 8,000 jobs, equating to 20% of the city council’s community development plan.
