Let’s Drive Real Value Through Procurement

Procurement shouldn’t be looked at as one building block, but the industry needs to look at a wider piece. Evaluation (Social Value), Procurement, Management and Learning.

How the client can benefit from the longer term outcome based procurement rather than a single action.

The industry isn’t joined up in the process and does different actions like procurement once they get to a certain stage, but the right way is to think about it early along with Social Value to drive the right outcomes rather than run a process and see what they get.
