Trebor acquire 25 acre site for massive speculative industrial development Posted on: April 26th, 2019 Trebor Developments and their partner, Hillwood, have entered into contract with Lazarus Properties to acquire a 25 acre site at Gateway 4, Doncaster, adjacent to M18 Motorway and are submitting a planning application to speculatively develop a massive 408,000 sq ft facility on the site. The development will deliver over the next 12 months the largest new build facility of its size in the North of England, targeted at the logistics sector. [emaillocker id=”71749″] The development will be marketed by Trebor/Hillwood as “Gateway 4, Doncaster” and subject to planning approval, work is due to start on site in the summer, for completion in the first half of 2020.
