£90m plans for 400 apartment project in Birmingham

Fresh plans for a £90m project to build almost 400 apartments as part of a wider regeneration scheme in Birmingham have been published.

Court Collaboration has submitted a outline matters planning application for 392 flats as part of the wider New Garden Square project, off Hagley Road on the Calthorpe Estate. They will be revealing exclusive insights into this development at our upcoming Birmingham & West Midlands event.

Previous outline permission for the wider £300m scheme was granted by Birmingham City Council in September 2017.

The proposals include a mix of one, two and three-bedroom properties, with a range of private car parking spaces.

Subject to planning approval, the scheme will be Court’s third build-to-rent project in the region.

The scheme is a key aspect of the wider New Garden Square masterplan being developed by Calthorpe Estates and U+I.
