Galliard Homes – As a part of the new £165 million Soho Wharf scheme in Ladywood, Birmingham, Galliard Homes are working in partnership with Apsley House Capital to deliver more than 750 new houses and apartments across a series of buildings reaching 14 storeys. The housing developers are also behind residential schemes at the Timber Yard in Southside and St Paul’s Quarter. The former is first development in Birmingham, featuring 379 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments and the latter forms a part of the new £125 million regeneration project in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.
