The inaugural Building Zero Carbon Britain Conference will bring together leaders from the property, construction, energy and infrastructure sectors together to discuss, debate and share the work and ideas they’re all undertaking to decrease their carbon emissions to ensure the construction industry helps to tackle climate change.

The recent ‘Net Zero: The UK’s Contribution to Stopping Global Warming Report’ outlined the importance of decreasing carbon emissions within the construction industry and this conference will explore future work that will be undertaken in regards to buildings, industry, waste, electricity and infrastructure. Whilst there will of course be many challenges to overcome to reach net zero there will also be many opportunities, and these will be presented and discussed during the course of the day.
