This free-to-attend recruitment fair aims to connect potential employees directly with employers to remove the need for recruitment agencies and exorbitant recruitment fees – whilst also highlighting best practice for employers and employees with best practice showcases from CV Writers, LinkedIn Experts, Interview Tips, Available Grants/Apprenticeship Programmes, Upskill Grants and more.

One of the bit challenges our industry already faced prior to Covid-19 was the need to attract new diverse talent and upskill colleagues as new technology enters the market. The true impact of Covid-19 on employment in our industry might not be seen yet for months.

Not only can you connect directly with potential employers or employees but we’ll also have a number of sessions during the day on our Main Stage. Here’s a quick overview of some of those:

• Meet recruiters directly – visit the exhibition area where over 50 organisations will be present and you’ll be able to find out about their latest job opportunities
• Top tips to make your CV stand out with Purple CV – the organisation will share best practice to ensure your CV stands out above the crowd.
• Interview Coaching – sharing her expertise with be the well renowned Elizabeth Conley who’ll give you tips and advise on how to present the best you whilst attending interviews.
• It’s not too late to upskill – we’ll hear from a number of educational leaders including Weston College who’ll delve into the opportunities available to upskill. The Government is helping create opportunities like never before through grants and funding.
• Company job opportunities – employers such as MOLA, Pagabo and more will reveal details on their job openings and how to register your interest.
