Built Environment Recruitment Fair

This free-to-attend recruitment fair aims to connect potential employees directly with employers to remove the need for recruitment agencies and exorbitant recruitment fees – whilst also highlighting best practice for employers and employees with best practice showcases from CV Writers, LinkedIn Experts, Interview Tips, Available Grants/Apprenticeship Programmes, Upskill Grants and more.

One of the bit challenges our industry already faced prior to Covid-19 was the need to attract new diverse talent and upskill colleagues as new technology enters the market. The true impact of Covid-19 on employment in our industry might not be seen yet for months.

Join us to promote the opportunities you have as an employer. Or if you’re actively seeking new opportunities then please join us to hear about opportunities in the construction, property and real estate marketplaces, whilst also discovering tips and hints on how to enhance your chances on employment with expert speakers.

  • Ability to Speed Networking – video chat with delegates throughout the day
  • Visit Exhibitors / Employers – we’ll have a number of employers exhibiting to meet and connect with potential employees who’re actively seeking new opportunities and jobs
  • Job Opportunities – employers will present about their job opportunities and highlight how job seekers can apply
  • Presentations & Best Practice – we’ll hear from experts who’ll do short 15-minute presentations to cover topics such as:

CV & Cover Letter Writing; how to present yourself best on a CV and when applying for jobs.

LinkedIn; one of the key areas when it comes to professional profiles, we’ll look at how to get the most out of your LinkedIn profile and connections.

– Available Grants & Upskilling; a look at how employers can utilise Government grants and funding to upskill workers and deliver crucial training.

Apprenticeships; a look at how employers can use the apprenticeship system across the UK to bring new talent through.
