VINCI UK Developments – Richard Fagg, Project Director

VINCI Developments are delivering a large scale commercial development that will provide space for high-tech businesses in the life sciences, ICT and advanced manufacturing sectors. When complete the 25 acre park will provide 600,000 sq ft of space and more than 2,500 jobs. Richard will explain the current status of the project, how the latest phase will progress, and how it will drive inclusive growth and attract further investment to the corridor.

 

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council – Andrew Lewis, Deputy Chief Executive & Executive Director for Growth & Housing

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council are carrying out the landmark £500 million Better Queensway project. This will see the regeneration of the Queensway estate, and the replacement of high rise housing blocks with 1,700 high quality homes, 600 of which will be affordable. The project is set to be the most transformative in Southend’s history, and is currently in the planning stage.

 

Angle Property – James Good, Executive Director

With six major projects on the agenda in Hertfordshire, Angle Property have created a reputation for being excellent contributors to the regional placemaking agenda. James is overseeing development on a 55 acre residential site at Rectory Farm in Kings Langley, high quality apartments at Hertfordshire House in St Albans, the Terlings Park residential development, Marshams House at Gerrards Cross and Sycamore Road in Amersham and on this session he will unveil all about their project timelines.
