We’re going to be hearing from those responsible for driving economic growth within Greater Manchester – with leaders from both the public and private sector – along with plenty of networking time to make new connections. Panel Discussion – Education and Skills:

Our second panel discussion session will bring together some of the region’s leading figures to discuss the future of education and skills within Greater Manchester, how we can drive awareness and involvement at an earlier stage within the industry, how their future estate plans can contribute to the economic growth story, how as an industry we can tackle the barriers and how we can work together to ensure we have the skilled workers within Greater Manchester.

Presentations – Housing and Residential Development Plans: 

Five market leading players will share their ongoing and future residential and housing development plans for Greater Manchester through onstage presentations. With the increased employment opportunities set to come to the city through the developments in the pipeline, along with Northern Powerhouse Rail and HS2, the region will need to accelerate the delivery of available housing and our speakers will talk about those projects central to ensuring the housing needs are met.

Panel Discussion – Place Based Integrated Working:

Our third panel discussion will tackle the subject of place based integrated working – where we bring together public and private sector leaders to discuss how Greater Manchester can ensure better design is integrated throughout the whole process of developments to drive productivity, innovation and more.
