Future Development Plans – Greater Manchester

Tuesday, 28th September 2021 1145hrs – 1345hrs

Greater Manchester is the fastest growing metropolitan region in the UK, with a population increasing by over 20,000 annually. This growth in population requires major development of housing and infrastructure to support it.

We will gather the public and private sector stakeholders behind this development – from large scale town centre regeneration schemes and major infrastructure projects to the thousands of new homes planned. Through a series of interactive presentations and a thought leadership discussion we will hear details of these projects and learn of opportunities to get involved.
