Mike Ingall; Chief Executive, Allied LondonMike Ingall Resized

Featured in the Sunday Times Debretts top 500 most influential people, Allied London’s CEO Michael Ingall plays a fundamental role in the nation’s property market and in particular, city centre redevelopment.

Michael Ingall has over 30 years corporate and real estate development experience. Starting his career at Drivers Jonas managing various parts of the Crown Estate, he has restructured two public property companies and has undertaken several major city and town centre mixed use developments.

In September 2000 Michael led the privatisation of Allied London and, with the help of a dedicated and experienced team, created one of the UK’s most successful private real estate development companies.

Michael’s ability to blend vision with technical and financial skills has established Allied London as a leader and authority in the area of complex city centre redevelopment.

Michael is a qualified chartered surveyor and is a Fellow of Royal Institute of British Architects. He has over 60 industry awards and was given the accolade of Developer of the Decade in 2000 by Property Week.

Exemplar developments include:

Spinningfields, Manchester: the creation of a new city centre quarter.
Sky Park, Glasgow: the creation of a unique call centre cluster for Glasgow.
The Brunswick Centre: the re-creation of an important London landmark.


Peter Cooper; Portfolio Director, HammersonPeter Cooper Resized

Peter joined the UK Retail team in 2010, in the new role of Portfolio Director. He has over 20 years’ experience in Retail Property and has previously held positions at CB Hillier Parker and Raglan Properties. Peter joined Hammerson from Schroders where he was responsible for their Retail Portfolio.
