Conference Overview

Building on the discussions that we had at our last event in October we are set to continue the discussions around regeneration and investment and we have a panel ready for you that will provide you with some useful market data around the economy and growth prospects together with some development intelligence, visibility on key procurement opportunities and an insight into the region’s investment potential.

John Nugent, Managing Director will talk about the group’s flagship Liverpool development, how the Derwent Group has a charity shareholder and how it’s profits are used for charitable purposes.

Catherine Holmes is the Head of LCR at Homes England. Catherine will talk us through their links to LCR and the plans that they have to support house building in the area.

Professor Srinivasa Rao Vallabhanen of the Royal Liverpool & Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust will outline their plans for expansion and where they may need assistance with their future development programme.
