This webinar will focus on the development activity in the Liverpool City Region.

With several multiple-billion pound regeneration projects pumping investment into the Liverpool City Region there has been a resurgence of interest in new development in the region. • SAFE Regeneration – one of the senior voices behind the £33m #destinationbootle development project which forms part of the Bootle Canal District, Brian heads up a unique social enterprise developer charged with breathing new life into a disused site on the Liverpool-Leeds canal. Alongside a host of other civic realm initiatives, he will be on hand to talk about progress with the scheme and future ambitions for SAFE Regeneration.

• Your Housing Group – recently appointed one of Homes England’s development partners the firm has numerous schemes lined up in the Liverpool City Region and wider afield in the North West in general. Their latest scheme, a JV between them and Peel, will see a 31-storey residential tower being built on Liverpool Waterfront, whilst schemes in Openshaw and Leigh have also been revealed over the past few months.

• Priority Space – are playing a key part in the regeneration of Anfield and will be bringing forward a number of mixed use units and commercial space for development over the coming months. They have further plans in the Liverpool City Region and they’ll be revealing all on this webinar.
