We’re launching a series of new online conferences – bringing you everything you come to expect of our normal events – fantastic speakers, excellent panel discussions, presentations on future development projects, networking with attendees, exhibition area and more.

This online conference will focus on construction frameworks.

At this event, a range of framework providers from across the UK will unveil future tranches of work that can be won and talk about how delegates stand the best chance in getting onto their frameworks.

The audience will be rich with public and private sector property and construction specialists meaning that aside from the vital information imparted from the stage, you may end up meeting a key contact who can point you in the direction of future projects.

PAGABO – Simon Toplass, Chief Executive

Pagabo are one of the UK’s leading framework providers – and they’re one of the numerous firms thriving in the Humber Estuary. The firm have a number of Hull University alumni within their ranks, and they’re helping to drive social value and positive legacy on high-value projects across the UK. They’ve recently announced a major new £47bn developer-led framework and they’re set to be at the forefront of the Big Build programme being pushed to drive the post Covid-19 economic recovery.

Scotland Excel – Jenny Bowles, Category Manager, Construction

Scotland Excel are utilised by the Scotland Government and all 32 local authorities across Scotland – whilst also working with 40 housing associations in the country.  Robertson and Crudent were recently announced on their £1.5bn new build construction framework, but they’re now actively seeking contractors to deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 of the framework. They’re also launching a £500m Energy Efficiency Framework later in the year as they look to help housing associations and councils retrofit their housing stock.

Forthcoming opportunities also on showcase include an £80m Civil Engineering Framework and a new Buildings Consultancy Framework.
