Chaloner Group – Geoff Hogg, Director

The mastermind behind the £55m, 11 hectare TeesAMP development project and an expert in major regeneration sites, Geoff will talk about the positive economic impact of the project, demonstrate thought leadership on transforming industrial wasteland into mixed use schemes and unveil his company’s plans to enter the national stage and work on various similar sites across the UK

One of the North East’s most active public servants who has been described as a ‘peoples champion’, Jamie is actively championing investment and development in the communities he serves. With a particular interest in the green agenda and championing young people, he is expertly placed to set the scene and context for our event.
