  • Prosper – the firm are a not-for-profit strategic business consultancy who specialise in procurement, business transformation and new build. Rod has over 30 years of commercial experience in roles across new build, retail banking and procurement sectors. He’s responsible for strategic growth for the business as it looks to develop a focused Procurement and Land Brokering Consultancy offer to become the partner of choice for social landlands and public sector organisations across the North East.
  • Karbon Homes – the firm are one of the North East’s fastest growing social housing developers and have 10 sites that they are bringing forward for development over the coming year. Recognised regionally as being one of the most reliable and responsible affordable residential organisations, they have a unique take on what needs to be done in a region that is traditionally not renowned for wealth. They are also soon to venture into the realm of Garden Village development alongside Durham County council and Amy will be sharing how they’ll deliver these successfully through procurement.
  • Thirteen Group – with a recently announced £1bn investment into new builds, retrofit and repairs the Group has a plethora of works set to take place of the coming months and years. Russell will play a key role in this and he’ll be sharing how a collaborative approach will help them achieve their goals. He’s also the Chair of the Direct Works Forum, and sits of the National Housing Federation’s national group.
