Future Development Plans – Sheds & Logistics Property; Sponsored by DAC Beachcroft

Monday, 29th March 2021 1145hrs – 1330hrs

This event will focus on the development projects coming forward in the logistics and industrial units sector – highlighting investment and future development plans.

The sheds and logistics property sector showed incredible resilience through 2020, and in many cases kept the country moving during a difficult year. The increase in demand for space shows no sign of letting up, with 20 million sq ft in new space needed for every 300,000 new homes constructed – 2021 promises to be a busy year in terms of expansion and development.

This webinar will showcase major new developments and explore the industry’s most pressing issues including the lack of suitable land, the increasingly drawn out nature of the planning process and the imbalance between supply and demand.

We will hear from major industry players on where are they looking to acquire land, what new schemes are they bringing to the market, and what help do they need from the industry to make it happen.

Speakers for this event include:

Paul Hanley,
Partner
Sally Morris-Smith,
Partner
Adam Richardson Priority Space Adam Richardson,
Director
Edward Peel,
Development Manager
