• Irwell Valley Homes – Irwell Valley Homes is a registered social housing provider that deliver affordable homes and services to 16,000 customers across the North West. The housing association is undertaking a £50m estate regeneration programme in Trafford. The Sale West Estate redevelopment will see over 200 new homes and an expansion to existing homes and estates over the next five years, with Phase 1 funding for 79 affordable homes, as well as cycling routes.

• Bruntwood Works – Bruntwood Works are working closely with Trafford Council to deliver a wave of regeneration and development projects across the borough. These major developments include the regeneration of Stretford that could see the delivery of 800 homes as well as the rejuvenation of a 27-acre area spanning five neighbourhoods. The joint venture have also secured consent to build 750 homes and 200,000 sq ft of offices as a part of the £208m “Lumina Village” scheme that will also feature a 100-bedroom hotel and a primary school. Altrincham will also receive an overhaul with the £50m Stamford Quarter masterplan set to take shape in the near future.

• Create Developments – Create Developments are a Blackpool-based development organisation that specialise in commercial property. The group have recently received planning consent for its £48m Hampton By Hilton hotel in Trafford. Hampton By Hilton in a globally recognised hotel brand, with the newest development set to be adjacent to Trafford Park’s 1,330 businesses and the Trafford Centre.

• Trafford Council – Trafford Council is looking to increase the local economy via a plethora of major infrastructure projects like the Civic Quarter Masterplan that will develop 750 homes as well as a leisure centre and hotel. Other major projects include the Stretford Masterplan that will feature a phased redevelopment of Stretford Mall as well as an additional 800 surrounding residential units, and the Stamford Quarter redevelopment which will create 75,000 sq ft of commercial workspace as well as offering new retail and leisure outlets.
