WEBINAR: Future Development Plans – Brighton; Sponsored by A Designer at Heart

Tuesday, 9th June 2020 1000hrs – 1100hrs

Over the coming months we’ll be hosting a series of webinars – helping to keep the industry moving and talking during a period of uncertainty, enabling people to talk and build relationships whilst helping to maintain industry confidence and demonstrating thought leadership.

This webinar will focus on the development activity in Brighton and the wider city region, whilst also addressing some of the key issues and challenges which we as an industry face in the coming months. Speakers will be invited to share details on their current development programme and future pipelines as well as providing advice and opinion on what the industry needs to do to survive the current crisis, what is requires in the short term and how we will manage the increased demand and activity once the UK recovers.

This event will run in a similar manner to all of our physical events – with short presentations from several key speakers and opportunities for live Q&A and interaction.

Speakers for this event include:

  • QED Property – The developer behind the long anticipated Sea Lanes project which will regenerate a neglected section of Brighton sea front will give an update on the projects progress. The development will include moveable modular buildings which will provide space for events as well as shops, restaurants and offices, with 39 units in total alongside the open-air swimming pool.
  • Co-Living Spaces – A multi award winning property developer with a plethora of experience working for multinational blue chips, Co-Living’s sole purpose is to disrupt the residential market by providing innovative shared spaces for communities to live in. • A Designer at Heart – Aspiring to take the UK interior design scene by force, Martina and her team are specialists in creating spaces that have an local feel for an international outlook. She will talk about their strength in collaboration with developers and how intricate design demands of young professionals could be the deciding factor when they are choosing places to live and work.
