WEBINAR: Major UK Regeneration Projects

Wednesday, 27th May 2020 1400hrs – 1500hrs

Over the coming months we’ll be hosting a series of webinars – helping to keep the industry moving and talking during a period of uncertainty, enabling people to talk and build relationships whilst helping to maintain industry confidence and demonstrating thought leadership.

This webinar will focus on major regeneration projects across the UK – as we gather experts on transforming large-scale sites and huge brownfield land.

Speakers will be invited to share details on their current development programme and future pipelines as well as providing advice and opinion on what the industry needs to do to survive the current crisis, what is requires in the short term and how we will manage the increased demand and activity once the UK recovers.

This event will run in a similar manner to all of our physical events – with short presentations from several key speakers and opportunities for live Q&A and interaction.

Speakers for this event include:

James Heather,
Development Director
Rosanna Lawes,
Executive Director of Development
Henry Brooks,
Managing Director
  • U+I Group – a renowned property visionary, the firm is overseeing hundreds of millions worth of projects across the UK including the £1bn Mayfield project in Manchester. Other schemes include the £775m Modern Wharf in Greenwich, £250m Preston Barracks in Brighton and the £500m+ Albert Embankment project in London.
  • London Legacy Development Corporation – the Olympic’s cost almost £10bn to delivery, but the development hasn’t stopped there. The legacy of the games will see regeneration on a major scale and Rosanna will share details on where they’re up to on their programme of works which includes the £1bn Stratford Waterfront scheme.
  • Tatton Group – proactively creates value for property owners and occupiers on a huge range of commercial, rural and residential property, in both town and country. With a strong track record in property management and development, Tatton Group seek to identify new projects which can enhance the local community and other priorities an owner wishes to pursue.  This includes projects such as refurbishments like Knutsford Town Hall and the Hayhurst Arms, Bostock Green, to proposals for new high quality jobs and housing such as Parkgate Village. Henry Brooks their MD will provide an update on their development activities very much focusing on regeneration and he will talk us through their current portfolio and plans for the future.
