Lloyd will deliver some high level thought leadership on their approach to placemaking woven in with an update on all their project timelines.
  • CLS Risk Solutions – will provide a view on the planning reform and ask the question – would it be enough in order for the UK to deliver the number of homes required (prior to the virus) and how do we drive creativity, certainty and trust in the coming months?

Caroline manages Be First’s planning and development control teams while providing planning support to their growing development arm. Caroline joined BeFirst from JLL where she worked successfully with both private and public-sector clients, with a strong focus on residential-led development in East and South London. She recently co-ordinated the submission of the largest full planning application ever – for Metropolitan’s Clapham Park estate regeneration in Lambeth. She also has extensive compulsory purchase, appeal and public inquiry experience.
