Nathan Cornish, Director; Urban Splash

Nathan’s responsible for all Urban Splash development in the Midlands and South West. He’s overseen some of the most iconic buildings in the UK – Fort Dunlop on the M6 and Rotunda slap bang in the centre of Birmingham – and is now masterminding Grade I Listed Royal William Yard in Plymouth.


Uyen-Phan Han, Planning Policy Manager; Birmingham City Council

Uyen leads the Planning Policy Team and manages all work in relation to the Council’s Local Plan, supporting the implementation of plans and policies by the Development Management and Development Planning Teams. Uyen has been involved in preparing the recently adopted Birmingham Development Plan, Green Belt Assessment, Langley Sustainable Urban Extension SPD, Peddimore SPD,  Aston, Newtown and Lozells Area Action Plan, Greater Icknield Masterplan and other planning policy documents and frameworks.

 

Stephen Pratt, Development Director; Godwin Developments

Having co-founded Godwin Developments in 2003, Stephen is a development director with over 15 years’ experience in the property industry. Stephen is currently working on several large PRS schemes, retail parks, district centre developments and promoting residential and strategic land across the UK. To date Stephen has delivered various mixed use schemes with blue chip tenets in regional cities. Stephen has also provided his development management skills to various property funds on their development sites and property portfolios. His specialist field is identifying the new growth sectors in the UK property market with particular emphasis on maximising returns and minimising risk. A key role for Stephen at Godwin Developments is site acquisitions for the business. In 2017 Stephen will be delivering over 2m sq ft of development from conception to completion.
